Build a small bot or agent using TraderSignal's read-only data, through either the REST API or the MCP server. First ask about every bracketed item before writing code; for keys and tokens ask only whether they're ready, never their values.

REST: set TRADERSIGNAL_API_KEY privately, sent as X-API-Key. Read /api/v1/openapi.json. Free GET /api/v1/feed/performance for research; paid GET /api/v1/feed/snapshot for holdings (Signal Feed subscription).
MCP: connect to https://tradersignal.replit.app/api/mcp with my MCP token (TRADERSIGNAL_MCP_TOKEN) as an Authorization: Bearer header (separate from the REST key), stored privately. Tools: get_performance (free) and get_strategy_snapshot (Signal Feed subscription). Both are read-only; neither places trades.
Broker keys/secrets belong in separate environment variables, only if trading.

Default dry-run logs only. Add paper trading next; live requires LIVE_TRADING_ENABLED=true explicitly set by me. Enforce position-size limits, no trades on any API error or stale data, and log every decision. Include a setup README.
